We offer returns for exchange or store credit only within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Please notify Rania Zara Studio London within 24 hours of delivery if you wish to return an item. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Restocking Fee
To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in their original, unused condition with the original packaging. A restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from your refund.

Late Return Fee
If the return is initiated after one week from delivery, a late fee of 20% of the total purchase price will apply.

Proof of Purchase
You must provide proof of purchase or your order number for all returns.

Shipping Returns

UK and International Returns
Return shipping costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return labels. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.

Custom Orders and Bridal Wear
Items such as custom-designed dresses, bridal wear, or any standard-size dress with custom modifications cannot be refunded. Alterations can be arranged if needed. The alteration period for bridal wear is 45 to 60 days, and postage costs for alterations are the customer’s responsibility.

Return Processing
Upon receiving and inspecting your return to confirm it is unused, we will inform you of the return approval or denial via email or WhatsApp. Please allow up to 5 business days for this process.

Approved Returns
If your return is approved, you can choose from the following options:

  • Exchange
  • Store Credit
  • Refund (subject to a 15% restocking fee)

This process generally takes up to 14 business days.
