Please read our guidelines for our RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY before placing your order. By visiting our website or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

- Ready to ship articles are not eligible for Exchange &
- For Web orders you can only exchange/return through Raniazara Store
- There is no Return & exchange policy as per customer's liking or disliking of the product.
- Company is not responsible for bleeding, damage of
print, or fading of colors due to washing.
- Company is only providing embroideries which are mentioned on the inlays other than anything used in the stitching is only for Shoot Purpose.
- Company does not offer a "refund" or "money back guarantee" on purchased items.
- We have the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.
- If during delivery, customs duties are applicable, they will be paid in full by the customer.
- In case of exchange client must provide an invoice/email confirmation issued by the company.
- Any changes made to the order can be catered within 48 hours.
- All orders made can be cancelled within 24 hours.
- All orders cancelled will be refunded as store credit only. (Excluding Unstitched Articles)
It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with our returns policy:
We expect our customers to take good care of the articles until they reach RZ Studio in the same condition and provided as when you received them. This includes inspecting the articles ensuring no damage is made, this includes claims for variation, beading/sequence displacement, or any damage caused by improper care. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if damage occurs to the articles. Articles not received by RZ Studio, won’t be eligible for any returns request, kindly always use recorded delivery and price proof of delivery. Inspect the goods without causing damage, including the original packaging and labels/tags. Any returns requested after the period of 3 days of receiving will be refused.
REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES:
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
SALE ITEMS ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND CANNOT BE EXCHANGED.
We provide size charts on our website with every article on their respective page, it is the customers responsibility to ensure they are ordering the correct size for themselves. Refunds are not eligible based on standard size that you ordered.
At Rania Zara Studio, the orders placed in advance as per your requested sizing cannot be refunded or exchanged as all our outfit/products in PRET and formals are on made to order/ custom made. Exchanges are at the discretion of our head office, only in case if a damaged/faulty or incorrect product has been delivered. Please note the following:
* Colour variation: Actual colours of the outfit may vary from the colours being displayed on your device.
The products displayed on our site, are high end bespoke outfits, with a combination of handwork, delicate embellishments and embroidery. Due to the delicacy (nature) of the outfits the varying/shifting of the embellishments doesn’t consider as faulty or damaged.
If a customer has ‘accepted’ an item, but later discovers a fault, we will offer a repair or exchange.
Refunds are not eligible, if you no longer want an item (for example because it’s the wrong size or colour).
Refunds or exchanges are not eligible, if the customer damaged an item by trying on or to repair it themselves or getting someone else to do it.
The article must be unused, in the same condition as when received, with all tags attached and in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving a faulty goods.
A credit note refund or exchange will be processed once we confirm receipt of the article, providing it is eligible according to our terms and conditions. Cash or card refunds, if eligible, will be processed within 21 working days. Please note that credit notes are valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
If you change your mind regarding a order you placed and want to cancel it, please contact us within 24 hours via email firstname.lastname@example.org .
You must provide your order details and the reasons of exchange. When returning your article, you must ensure they are unworn/unused and in the same condition that you received it/them with all tags attached and the original packaging they were sent in.
if an exchange has been authorized by Rania Zara Studio, your credit note /exchange will be processed when we confirm receipt for your outfit(s) and upon inspection.
Made to measure, altered, or customized articles are not covered by returns/exchange policy.

Delivery Times :
Delivery timelines mentioned on the website are calculated on working days and does not include, weekends and public holidays in Pakistan and UK.
Rania Zara Studio endeavours to deliver outfits within estimated timeline advised on the website, however if the item is delayed due to exceptional circumstances such as Customs stoppage, issues with air transport, courier issues or local restrictions ( e.g. floods, strikes, political unrest) related supply chain delays, which are out of our control, unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for any dates missed. Customers should therefore aim to place orders well in advance of the date for which the outfits are required.
If you decide to cancel a order within 48 hours which is based on ordering as per requested size, there will be a cancellation fee of 5% of your total order to cover the transaction fee and admin costs.
We reserve the right to modify our prices and services at any time without notice to the customer. We hold no responsibility to any third-party price change or any service.
