Eligibility
Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
You must provide your order number and item details when requesting a return.
Condition of Items
Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Products showing any signs of wear, stains, or alterations will not be accepted.
Exclusions
Custom, made-to-order, and altered items are non-returnable unless faulty.
Sale items may not be eligible for return (unless faulty).
Refunds
Refunds are processed once returned items pass quality inspection.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Sales orders or discounted items are not eligible for return, refund, or chargeback.
Please use a trackable courier service to ensure safe delivery.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
