• Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
• Products showing any signs of wear, stains, or alterations will not be accepted.

Exclusions

• Custom, made-to-order, and altered items are non-returnable unless faulty.
• Sale items may not be eligible for return (unless faulty).

Refunds

• Refunds are processed once returned items pass quality inspection.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
