Shipping Policy – Rania Zara Studio

1. Order Processing
All orders are submitted for processing within 24 hours of payment confirmation being received. During peak seasons, sales events, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended. You will be notified of any significant delays via the email address provided at checkout.
Please note that orders are not processed on Pakistani public holidays or weekends. Processing commences on the next available working day.
2. Production Timelines
Rania Zara Studio is a multi-brand platform. Each brand operates independently on its own production schedule. Production timelines listed on individual product pages refer exclusively to the time required to manufacture or prepare your order — they do not include delivery time.
Production timelines are provided as estimates only and are subject to change without prior notice due to fabric availability, embellishment, or brand-specific production factors. Rania Zara Studio accepts no liability for production delays caused by the brand or manufacturer.
We strongly recommend:
• Reviewing the production timeline displayed on each individual product page before placing your order.
• Placing your order well in advance of any specific occasion, event, or deadline.
• Contacting us prior to ordering if you have a firm deadline, so we can advise accordingly.
Rania Zara Studio shall not be held liable for any loss, cost, or inconvenience arising from production delays beyond our reasonable control.
3. Shipping & Delivery Timelines
All orders are dispatched directly from Pakistan via reputable international courier services. Delivery time is entirely separate from production time and commences only once your order has been completed by the brand and handed to the courier.
The following are estimated delivery timelines from the date of dispatch from Pakistan. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, local courier conditions, national holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control:

• United Kingdom (UK): 5–7 business days
• United States of America (USA): 7–10 business days
• Europe (EU & non-EU countries): 7–10 business days
• Australia: 10–14 business days
These timelines are estimates only. Rania Zara Studio does not guarantee delivery within the stated timeframes. Any timelines quoted verbally or via our customer service channels are also estimates and do not constitute a contractual commitment.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched from Pakistan, you will receive tracking information via the email address provided at checkout. This will allow you to monitor your shipment through the courier's tracking portal.
If you have not received tracking information within a reasonable period after receiving your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at raniazarauk@gmail.com. Rania Zara Studio is not responsible for delays in tracking updates caused by the courier.
5. Delivery Address Accuracy
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that a full, accurate, and complete shipping address is provided at the time of placing the order. This includes the correct postcode/ZIP code, unit or apartment number, and any other relevant delivery instructions.
Rania Zara Studio will make reasonable efforts to assist in locating a package in the event of a delivery issue; however, we cannot be held responsible for:
• Failed or delayed deliveries resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer.
• Packages returned to sender due to an incorrect address.
• Additional redelivery charges incurred as a result of address errors.
In cases where a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs incurred.
6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (International Orders)
All orders dispatched from Pakistan to international destinations may be subject to customs duties, taxes, VAT, or import fees upon entry into the destination country. These charges are levied by the relevant customs authority and are entirely beyond the control of Rania Zara Studio.
International customers are solely responsible for:
• All customs duties, taxes, VAT, and import fees applicable in their country.
• Complying with all customs regulations and import laws applicable in their destination country.
• Any delays caused by customs clearance processes.
These charges are not included in the order total at checkout and will not be reimbursed by Rania Zara Studio under any circumstances. We strongly recommend that customers familiarise themselves with the import regulations and applicable duty rates in their country prior to placing an order.
Rania Zara Studio shall not be held liable for any packages seized, delayed, or returned by customs authorities.
7. Delays, Disruptions & Force Majeure
Rania Zara Studio shall not be liable for any delay or failure in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
• Flight disruptions, cancellations, or airline delays.
• Customs clearance delays or decisions made by customs authorities.
• Courier or postal service delays, strikes, or disruptions.
• Natural disasters, pandemics, or other force majeure events.
• Political instability or government-imposed restrictions.
• Severe weather conditions affecting transit routes.
In the event of significant disruptions, we will endeavour to keep customers informed. However, Rania Zara Studio shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, cost, damage, or inconvenience arising from such delays.
Any additional charges imposed by local couriers upon delivery (including but not limited to fuel surcharges, remote area surcharges, or redelivery fees) are the sole responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by Rania Zara Studio.
8. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Parcels
In the unlikely event that your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at raniazarauk@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will liaise with the courier on your behalf and assist in raising a formal investigation.
Please note:
• Rania Zara Studio is not liable for parcels lost or damaged once they have been handed to the courier.
• Claims for damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence.
• We are unable to accept responsibility for parcels that are marked as delivered by the courier but reported as not received, unless a formal courier investigation confirms non-delivery.
9. Returns & Exchanges
Our returns and exchanges policy is governed by our separate Returns Policy, available on our website. Please review this policy before placing your order. This Shipping Policy does not modify or supersede our Returns Policy.
10. Amendments to This Policy
Rania Zara Studio reserves the right to amend, update, or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. The most current version of this policy will be published on our website at raniazara.co.uk and will be effective from the date of publication. Continued use of our website or placement of an order following any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
