Due to the handcrafted and detailed nature of our garments, slight variations in colour, embroidery, or finishing may occur. These are part of the uniqueness of each piece and do not constitute faults.

Pre-Dispatch Quality Check

To ensure the highest standard of service, we aim to carry out a final quality check prior to dispatch.

Where possible, we may share images or videos of your outfit before shipping to confirm finishing and presentation.

If no concerns are raised within 24 hours, the order will proceed to dispatch.

Please note that during peak periods or high-volume seasons, pre-dispatch images may not always be possible, but all items are thoroughly checked by our team before shipping.

3. Pre-Order & Made-to-Order Items

Many of our collections are offered on a pre-order basis, allowing us to create each piece with care and attention to detail.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that:

• Your item is made or sourced specifically for you

• Production timelines are estimated and may vary

Cancellations & Refunds

• Once a pre-order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded

• Delays do not qualify for cancellation or refund

Changes

• Once production has begun, changes may not be possible

We are always happy to assist with sizing and product guidance prior to purchase to ensure the best possible fit and experience.

4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in GBP (£)

• Full payment is required at checkout

• Prices may be updated from time to time

By providing payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch and deliver all orders within the estimated timeframes provided. However, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, peak periods, or unforeseen circumstances

• Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the courier

• We will always assist in tracking your order where possible

Customer Responsibility

• Please ensure all delivery details are accurate at checkout

• Customers are responsible for being available to receive their order or making arrangements with the courier

We are unable to take responsibility for:

• Missed deliveries

• Failed delivery attempts

• Delays due to recipient unavailability

Delivery Confirmation

Once your order has been delivered to the address provided and confirmed by the courier’s tracking system, it is considered successfully fulfilled.

While we will always do our best to assist, we are unable to take responsibility for claims of non-receipt where delivery has been confirmed by the courier.

Re-delivery

Any additional delivery or re-shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes applicable in their country.

6. Returns & Exchanges

All returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with our Returns & Exchange Policy.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have reviewed and agreed to the policy, including that:

• Ready-to-ship and Eid items are exchange only and non-refundable

• Pre-order and made-to-order items are non-cancellable and non-refundable

These terms form part of your purchase agreement.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

• Clear photo or video evidence is required

• We will review each case carefully and resolve it as quickly as possible

Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.

All content on our website — including images, designs, logos, and text — belongs to Rania Zara Studio and is protected by copyright laws.

9. Limitation of Liability
